These terms concern website access and informational tools. They do not themselves create an employment relationship, service agreement, lease, immigration engagement or recruitment mandate. A separate written agreement governs an actual engagement and takes precedence for its subject matter. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Information and estimates
Service descriptions and published pricing help you assess potential support. Eligibility, scope, exchange rates, start dates, optional services and third-party costs must be confirmed for the engagement. Nothing on the website guarantees a candidate, visa, work permit, banking facility or particular commercial outcome.
Calculators provide estimates using the selected year and inputs. They do not replace a payroll run, a binding invoice, legal advice or individual tax advice. Verify assumptions and review your proposal before making employment or financial decisions. See the separate Disclaimer for the practical limits of the tools.
Acceptable use and shared material
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with service availability, misrepresent another person or submit information you are not entitled to share. You are responsible for reviewing data and recipients before exporting or sharing a calculation.
You may use website information for your own evaluation and retain reports produced for your plans. Bridge branding and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
