Who is responsible
Bridge EOR is a service of DIGITAL INFINITY DOO. For the website and enquiries where we determine the purposes and means of processing, we act as the data controller. DIGITAL INFINITY DOO, Somborska 15, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. Registration No.: 21318507; VAT ID No.: 110217311. Contact: legal@digitalinfinity.rs.
This notice concerns website visitors and business contacts. The separate Recruitment Privacy Notice and Worker Privacy Notice describe candidate and employment-related processing. The role of Bridge and a client for any particular processing activity is determined by the actual arrangement and applicable law.
Information and purposes
When you contact us, we may receive your name, business email, company, team size, message and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer questions, discuss requested services and manage the resulting business relationship. Please do not include identification documents, medical records or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.
The hosting and network services used to deliver the website may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, browser information and security logs to provide and protect the service. Contact-form abuse prevention also uses short-lived request counters derived from network metadata. We do not sell personal information.
Forms, calculators and sharing
When online delivery is enabled, the contact form sends your enquiry through our server and Resend email-delivery service to office@digitalinfinity.rs. We receive the information you submit, including the selected service where provided. If submission cannot be confirmed, the form explains this and offers an email draft or a download. Opening a draft does not itself send it; you decide whether to send it in your email application.
Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted by the calculator to a payroll service or Bridge database. Downloaded reports remain on your device unless you share them. Shared contractor-transition links contain encoded financial assumptions in the URL fragment, without names or email addresses. Encoding is not encryption: anyone with the full link can read those assumptions. Share only with intended recipients.
If you choose to include a calculation in an email enquiry, we receive the information you send. Campaign parameters in links may remain in navigation URLs. Local interaction events are generated in the browser; the current website does not include a third-party analytics or advertising tracker.
Lawful grounds
We process information as necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, perform an applicable contract, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate interests such as responding to business enquiries, maintaining service security and defending legal claims. Where consent is required, we request it for the specific purpose and explain how it can be withdrawn. We do not treat use of the website as blanket consent to unrelated processing.
Recipients and international transfers
Information may be accessible to authorised personnel and service providers supporting hosting, email, IT or professional advice where necessary for their role. Website enquiries are relayed through Resend when enabled and received in our Google Workspace mailbox. Where Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical information necessary to verify the request; we do not send it your enquiry message. Authorities may receive information where legally required. Service providers must be subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements.
If processing involves a transfer outside Serbia, the applicable Serbian transfer rules must be met, including an appropriate legal mechanism and safeguards where required. Contact us for information about the recipients and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry. An international client relationship does not remove these requirements.
Retention and security
We retain enquiries for the time needed to answer and manage the relationship, then delete or restrict them unless a legal obligation or a justified need relating to claims requires further retention. Contract, accounting and statutory records follow their applicable legal periods. We consider the purpose, relationship status, legal requirements and relevant claim periods rather than retaining every enquiry indefinitely.
Access should be limited to people who need information for their work, with appropriate organisational and technical safeguards. No website or email service can promise absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been misdirected or exposed.
Your rights and complaints
Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and information about processing, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some records must still be retained to meet legal duties.
Send a request to legal@digitalinfinity.rs, identifying the relationship and request. We may need proportionate information to verify identity and will respond within the applicable statutory period. You may complain to Serbia’s Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection at www.poverenik.rs, and seek judicial protection. Where GDPR applies to a particular activity, its applicable rights and complaint routes also remain available.
