All EOR fees are monthly, per employee, and exclude VAT. For qualifying services supplied to foreign business clients, VAT is not charged under Serbian VAT rules. Salary, employer taxes and contributions, benefits and other employment costs are separate from the Service Fee and Operational Fees.

OPERATIONAL FEES

The operational costs.
Explained.

These are the operational costs of compliant EOR employment, separate from our EOR Service Fee: occupational safety, insurance, risk management, legal oversight and support for employees. They are charged monthly per employee. Fees 1 and 2 apply to directly employed personnel; fee 3 also applies to independent contractors.

01

Occupational Health and Safety at Work Fee

Directly employed personnel

Covers statutory occupational health and safety obligations applicable to directly employed personnel: workplace or remote-work safety compliance, mandatory risk assessments as required, health monitoring where applicable, and related employer responsibilities under applicable labour and workplace safety regulations.

2.5% of Gross I salaryMinimum €120 per month
02

Insurance Against Injury at Work and Outside Working Hours Fee

Directly employed personnel

Covers mandatory insurance protection for directly employed personnel against work-related injuries and incidents outside working hours, in accordance with applicable labour and insurance regulations. Includes employer liability coverage to the extent required by law.

2% of Gross I salaryMinimum €80 per month
03

Workforce Compliance & Indemnification Fee

Employed personnel and independent contractors

Covers legal compliance, indemnification provisions, contractual administration, misclassification risk mitigation, legal support for employees and ongoing legal oversight required for compliant workforce engagement. The salary basis is Gross I; contractor engagements are quoted according to their engagement terms.

Gross I ≤ RSD 400,000:
20% of the entire Gross I
Gross I > RSD 400,000:
10% of the entire Gross I
Capped at €499 per monthNot progressive: the applicable rate is applied to the entire Gross I salary. At exactly RSD 400,000, the 20% rate applies. The €499 cap is then applied.

PUTTING THE FEES TOGETHER

A clear upper limit.
The full fee picture.

Operational Fees depend on Gross I salary and the applicable caps. Salary, other employment costs and the 2% FX exchange loss fee on RSD costs remain additional. ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS · EVENT-BASED FEES

Only when the
payment happens.

Expense reimbursement and bonus processing fees apply when you request those payments. They are additional to the underlying payment and any applicable payroll tax or contributions; they are not standard monthly charges for every employee.

Expense Reimbursement Fee

15%of the gross reimbursed amount

For requested business-related reimbursements such as travel, meals or equipment. We review supporting documentation and the applicable payroll or tax treatment before processing.

Bonus Fee

3%of the gross bonus

For client-requested employee bonuses processed through payroll. The gross bonus and any applicable employer costs are separate from this processing fee.

Both fees exclude VAT and sit outside the combined Operational Fees cap. They are not automatically included in the standard employment calculator. Your proposal or payment instructions confirm the applicable amount and treatment.

CURRENCY HANDLING · A SEPARATE RULE

2% FX exchange loss fee.

This applies whenever RSD employment costs and Operational Fees are converted into EUR for invoicing; it is already included in the employment calculator. The fixed EUR EOR Service Fee is excluded. This is distinct from the optional services and event-based processing fees above. The exchange rate and any conversion of separately requested payments are confirmed for your engagement.

THE DETAILS THAT MATTER

Before you
make a decision.

Is recruitment really free?

Yes. Talent acquisition and headhunting are free for candidates employed through Bridge EOR. There are no placement commissions for those hires. The EOR Service Fee and applicable Operational Fees still apply.

What is the difference between the Service Fee and Operational Fees?

The EOR Service Fee is our core charge for delivering local employment, payroll, administration and dedicated service. Operational Fees cover the costs of fulfilling the employer’s compliance, risk management, legal support, safety and insurance responsibilities. They are disclosed separately and are subject to the published caps.

What does Gross I mean?

Gross I is the employee’s gross salary before employee taxes and contributions are deducted. It is not take-home pay and does not include the employer’s additional statutory contributions.

How does the RSD 400,000 compliance threshold work?

At or below RSD 400,000 Gross I, the fee is 20% of the entire Gross I salary. Above RSD 400,000 Gross I, it is 10% of the entire Gross I salary. These are alternative rates, not progressive bands. The resulting compliance fee is capped at €499 per employee, per month.

How are RSD salaries compared with EUR minimums and caps?

The RSD/EUR conversion affects the salary-based calculation. Ask for a salary-specific fee breakdown, including the conversion used, before you proceed.

Who qualifies for seed-stage startup pricing?

Seed-stage startups with total funding of no more than €2 million or US$2 million qualify, subject to confirmation before engagement. The EOR Service Fee is €499 per employee, per month regardless of headcount. Fees 1 and 2 are waived; fee 3 remains and is capped at €499.

Is the €599 cap added on top of all three Operational Fees?

No. It limits their combined charge. We calculate fees 1, 2 and 3 under their respective rules, then cap their total at €599. The €899 standard EOR Service Fee is charged separately.

Does the startup waiver remove employee protection?

The waiver means Bridge does not charge eligible startups fees 1 and 2. Applicable employment, safety and insurance responsibilities remain part of the engagement; the waiver concerns the fees.

How is the FX exchange loss fee applied?

A 2% FX exchange loss fee applies to the RSD employment costs (Gross II) plus Operational Fees, before that total is converted into EUR using the agreed rate. The EOR Service Fee is fixed in EUR and excluded from the FX fee. The fee ceilings shown here exclude FX handling and employment costs. Use the calculator for a complete estimated invoice.

Are these the total costs of employing someone?

No. The figures on this page describe the Service Fee and Operational Fees. Salary, employer taxes and contributions, benefits and other applicable employment costs are separate. Your proposal sets out the costs for your engagement.

How do fees work for independent contractors?

The Workforce Compliance & Indemnification Fee also applies to independent contractors. Fees 1 and 2 are for directly employed personnel. Contact us for the pricing and terms appropriate to your contractor engagement.
