Meet the company behind Bridge

Confirm the exact Serbian employing entity, whether the service is delivered directly or through a partner, and who is contractually responsible.

Country knowledge & day-to-day support

Our service is focused on Serbia. Employment questions, local documentation and payroll administration are coordinated through a direct local relationship.

Our EOR service in Serbia

Check who handles Serbian employment questions, where that team is based and how a local issue is escalated beyond the account contact.

Finding the right people

Talent acquisition and headhunting are free for candidates employed through Bridge EOR. External agency fees, if any, are separately agreed; employment costs and EOR fees still apply.

How our recruitment works

Ask whether sourcing and headhunting are included, separately priced or left to your team. Check any placement, agency or replacement terms.

Payroll & employment administration

We administer local employment documentation, salary calculations, applicable taxes and statutory contributions, and the practical changes that arise during employment.

Support through the employee lifecycle

Review the payroll scope, required inputs, payment responsibilities and the process for correcting errors or handling an employment change.

Employee rights & protection

Serbian employment rights remain part of the relationship: leave administration, workplace safety obligations, privacy and routes for raising concerns. Our employee guidance explains the practical steps.

Our published policies & notices

The same applicable Serbian statutory rights must be respected by any provider. Verify who administers them and how employees obtain help or raise a concern.

Service Fee & Operational Fees

Our standard Service Fee is €899 per employee, per month. Applicable Operational Fees are disclosed separately, with a combined €599 monthly cap per employee. Both exclude VAT; employment costs are additional.

Read the complete fee breakdown

Request the complete fee schedule for Serbia, including what is included in a headline price, any minimums, caps, deposits, FX handling and event-based charges.

Startup & team pricing

Eligible seed-stage startups receive a €499 monthly Service Fee per employee and waivers on Operational Fees 1 and 2. The compliance fee remains, capped at €499. Standard teams of 6+ receive a 5% discount on the standard Service Fee only; the startup fee has no additional volume discount.

Check startup eligibility & terms

Check eligibility, headcount thresholds, contract commitments and exactly which fees a discount changes. Compare the ongoing cost after any introductory terms.

Equipment, immigration & benefits

Equipment leasing, device lifecycle support, immigration coordination and optional benefits have their own agreed scope and costs. They are shown separately from standard EOR pricing.

Explore separately agreed services

Confirm availability in Serbia, the actual service scope and any provider, legal, visa, hardware, logistics or benefits costs beyond the core fee.

EMPLOYEE RIGHTS ARE PART OF THE RESPONSIBILITY

A credible partner.
A supported employee.

Statutory rights apply whichever provider you choose. Bridge’s local approach brings their administration, practical guidance and support into the employment relationship.

A documented employment relationship

Local employment terms, payroll administration and statutory contributions should be clear from the start. The legal employer and the client’s day-to-day management responsibilities need to be understood by everyone.

Leave, safety & everyday questions

Employees and managers need a practical process for annual leave, medical leave and other absences. Bridge coordinates the local administration, with professional support for applicable workplace safety responsibilities.

A clear way to raise concerns

Privacy, workplace dignity and protected reporting need appropriate channels. Our published notices explain these routes, alongside the formal information and procedures provided to employees.

TAKE THESE QUESTIONS TO YOUR NEXT CONVERSATION

Four checks.
A more confident decision.

  1. Name the legal employer.

Ask for the exact company name, registration details, delivery model and contractual responsibilities for your Serbian team.

  2. Compare the same cost items.

Use the same salary, headcount and FX assumptions. Include employer contributions, all fees, optional services and any deposits or payment terms.

  3. Test the support relationship.

Discuss a real example: a payroll correction, medical absence or change to employment terms. Understand who takes the next step and how the employee gets help.

  4. Review the written proposal.

Confirm scope, employee protections, onboarding requirements, ongoing support and any exit or change costs before signing.

Tell us about your Serbian hiring plans. We’ll explain the local responsibilities, service scope and costs in a proposal for your team.

Discuss Your EOR Options

CHOOSING AN EOR IN SERBIA

Good questions.
A clear comparison.

Is Bridge cheaper than every other EOR?

We do not claim to be the cheapest provider. Our published pricing separates the Service Fee, Operational Fees and employment costs, with recruitment free for candidates employed through Bridge EOR. Compare complete Serbia-specific proposals using the same salary and service scope.

Does a local EOR give employees more statutory rights?

Applicable statutory rights arise from Serbian law, not from choosing a particular brand. The practical difference to assess is how the provider fulfils employer responsibilities, explains those rights and supports employees when a question or concern arises.

How do we compare prices fairly?

Request Serbia-specific proposals using the same Gross I salary, headcount and exchange rate. Include employer contributions, the Service Fee, Operational Fees, FX handling and agreed extras. Review any deposits, one-off charges and contract commitments, then compare the complete monthly cost and scope.

When is Bridge a good fit?

Bridge is built for companies hiring in Serbia that want direct local employment support and, where needed, recruitment connected to EOR employment. If your priority is one arrangement covering many countries, assess that wider footprint separately. Our service is concentrated on Serbia.

Can you review a proposal we already have?

Yes. Share a summary of the scope, salary assumptions and fee categories you want to compare, without disclosing information you are not authorised to share. We can explain Bridge’s corresponding scope and provide our own proposal for your hiring plans.
