Scope and controller

This notice covers recruitment activities managed by Bridge EOR, a service of DIGITAL INFINITY DOO. DIGITAL INFINITY DOO, Somborska 15, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia. Registration No.: 21318507; VAT ID No.: 110217311. Contact: legal@digitalinfinity.rs.

It applies when you apply, speak to us about a role, are referred or are contacted about a potential opportunity. A prospective client or recruitment agency may be a separate controller for its own selection activities and should provide its own notice where required.

What we use and where it comes from

We may process contact details, CV and career history, qualifications, skills, portfolio or professional profile, interview notes, availability, compensation expectations and information necessary to assess a particular role. Information may come from you, an authorised recruitment partner, a referral or an appropriately accessed public professional source.

If information comes from another source, we provide the information required by law, including the source and processing context, within the applicable period. We do not assume that a publicly visible profile permits unlimited collection or reuse. Do not send health information, national identifiers, criminal records or other sensitive material unless a lawful, specific process requires it.

Purposes and lawful grounds

We use candidate information to discuss opportunities, assess relevant suitability, coordinate interviews and take steps towards employment. Depending on the activity, this is based on steps at your request before a contract, legal duties or legitimate interests in a proportionate recruitment process. We explain the applicable basis for any additional activity.

Retention for unrelated future opportunities should be separately explained and, where based on consent, genuinely optional. Refusing that option does not prevent consideration for the current role. We do not use blanket candidate consent as a substitute for identifying the proper lawful basis.

Sharing and selection

Relevant candidate information may be shared with the hiring company, agreed recruitment partners and service providers supporting the process, with appropriate access restrictions. We discuss the opportunity and sharing context with you rather than distributing your profile indiscriminately.

Bridge’s recruitment website does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing. Selection involves people. Any role-specific assessments or checks must be relevant, lawful and explained before use; special-category or criminal-offence data requires a separate lawful basis and safeguards.

Retention, transfers and rights

Information is kept for the recruitment process and any justified legal or claims-related period. A future-opportunities talent pool requires a stated purpose and communicated retention period, with review and deletion when no longer justified. Ask us which period applies to your process; employment records follow a separate notice if you are hired.

International sharing must meet Serbian data-transfer rules and any other applicable law. For access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable, contact legal@digitalinfinity.rs. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner at www.poverenik.rs. A request will not itself prejudice a recruitment decision.

Relevant Serbian framework

The principal privacy framework is the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018). Recruitment and selection also take place within the applicable Labour Law, Law on Prohibition of Discrimination and, where relevant to the activity, the Law on Employment and Unemployment Insurance. The Law on Employment of Foreigners and the Law on Foreigners may apply when a candidate’s nationality and status require an immigration review. Current amendments and the particular activity determine the applicable obligations.
